I am excited to share some news that will usher in an exciting new chapter for us, and for you, our esteemed clients.
Throughout July, we are embarking on a journey towards a new home on Maplewell Road in Woodhouse Eaves, nestled in the heart of the village. This decision was not taken lightly as we have formed wonderful memories at our current location in Ratby. However, we are looking forward to offering a quieter, more serene environment at our new location where our clients can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s less than 15 minutes from our current location and as an added bonus – parking won’t be a concern anymore!
The decision to relocate is not just about a change of address. It’s about expanding our capabilities to serve you better. We will be collaborating closely with our aesthetic nurse, offering you immediate access to expert, face-to-face consultations for a wider range of treatment options.
Your feedback has always been invaluable to us. Many of you have requested new treatments and we’d like to explore as many as possible, perhaps being able to offer treatments like laser hair removal in Leicester, which our current premises couldn’t accommodate. Our new location will allow us to explore these opportunities, so stay tuned for these exciting developments!
Our last day at the Ratby location will be Thursday, June 29th. Throughout July, while we transition and prepare our new premises, we will continue to serve you by offering mobile appointments for many treatments where we can. All new semi-permanent makeup and aesthetic treatments booked from July 1st will now be scheduled from August onwards in our new clinic due to licensing and insurance requirements.
We understand that for smaller, more frequent beauty treatments, some of our clients may prefer to stay within Ratby. To ensure continuity of service, we are delighted to announce that our trusted friend Grace Ann Beauty will be taking over the current Ratby Salon. We have utmost confidence in her expertise and professionalism and we are sure that you’ll be in capable hands.
Change is always challenging but equally rewarding. This move aligns perfectly with our mission and ethos at Cosmetic Avenue. We have always been driven by a desire to push boundaries, constantly seeking ways to enhance your experience and wellbeing. We are confident that our new location will offer opportunities to serve you even better.
